Resista. is a fasting and habit tracker. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't, and how we handle it.

what we don't collect

Resista. does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no login, no tracking, and no analytics. Everything you enter in the app — your fasting window, your daily logs, your streak — stays on your device.

what stays on your device

Your app settings and usage data (fasting window, weak spot preference, daily logs, streaks) are stored locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently.

third party services

The app does not use any third party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

the website

resista.app collects email addresses via our waitlist form, powered by Kit (kit.com). We use your email only to send updates about Resista. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell or share your email with anyone.

not medical advice

Resista. is a habit and tracking tool, not a medical device. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult your doctor about your health.
